Tips to Keep Your Cut Flowers Bright & Beautiful

While most fresh, cut flowers and floral arrangements typically last for about 5-7 days with no problem, there are a few things you can do to extend their lifespan and keep them looking as lovely as possible for as long as possible.

Display your flowers away from heat, drafts, and direct sunlight.

  • Happy blossoms thrive in temps between 65 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit.

Check your flowers daily to extend their lifespan.

  • For optimal hydration, refresh the vase with clean lukewarm water every two days, adding fresh flower food, if desired.
  • Re-cut/Angle-trim stems with a clean, sharp knife to ensure continual water absorption.
  • Remove wilted petals and foliage, including anything below the waterline, to maintain a clean and healthy appearance.
